How does the world’s most glamorous burlesque queen, Dita Von Teese, celebrate her 35 years on this ordinary earth? With dear, old pals in old-school fashion, starting with a late supper at Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills, then moving on to Hollywood for a midnight cap, curled up on the chintz sofas in the sitting lounge of the Chateau Marmont.
